For people running more than one thing
All your email.
One place.
Connect any inbox. Send from the right address automatically.
Every product you ship has its own info@ address, and you never check any of them. All Your Inboxes brings them together, alerts you where you already look, and puts your reply back on the right domain.
No credit card · Your email hosting stays where it is
Sound familiar?
- A customer wrote three days ago. You just saw it.
- You can’t remember which webmail URL belongs to which project.
- You tried adding twelve accounts to your phone and gave up.
- Every new product you launch makes this worse.
Looking for the workarounds first? We wrote them up honestly: combining inboxes in Outlook, the New Outlook macro and Gmail dropping POP3 fetching.
How it works
Connect your inboxes
Add a forwarding rule in each project's mailbox — a two-minute job in Gmail, Zoho, cPanel or Cloudflare. Can't set up forwarding? Connect over IMAP instead.
Notifications land in one place
Whichever project gets mail, the alert goes to the address you check every day. The subject line tells you which project it came from.
Reply from your phone
Hit Reply on the notification and write. Your answer goes out from info@thatproject.com. No dashboard, no app to install. (Add the mailbox's sending details once to turn this on.)
One price
However many projects you run
- Unlimited inboxes and projects
- Instant alerts on forwarded mail
- One notification address
- Reply straight from your email app
- Credentials encrypted with AES-256
Questions
- Do I have to move my email hosting?
- No. Your mailboxes stay exactly where they are. All Your Inboxes never touches your MX records or your DNS.
- Does the reply really come from my own domain?
- Yes. It goes out through your mailbox's own SMTP server. The recipient sees info@yourdomain.com, the existing thread stays intact, and All Your Inboxes appears nowhere in the message.
- Do I have to hand over a password?
- Not to get set up — a forwarding rule is enough. If you want replies to go out from your own address, you add that mailbox's sending (SMTP) details once, after you've started using the product. On Gmail and Outlook that is an app password you can revoke at any time, not your account password.
- How is what I enter stored?
- Every password you provide is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and is never shown again in any screen or API response. We don't scan your mail for advertising, sell it, or train models on it.
- I used a macro in Outlook for this. Will this replace it?
- Yes, and it keeps working where the macro doesn't. The VBA macro trick only runs in Classic Outlook on Windows — New Outlook dropped macro support entirely. It also has to be re-run by hand to see new mail, and it can't send from the right address. Notifications reach you wherever you read email, including New Outlook, and don't require enabling macros.
- Gmail stopped fetching my other accounts. Does this fix that?
- That's the POP3 "Check mail from other accounts" feature Google removed in January 2026 — and it was capped at five accounts anyway. This does the same job without a limit, arrives in seconds instead of on Gmail's slow fetch schedule, and lets you reply from the original address.
- Will this reorganise my existing mailboxes?
- No, and that's deliberate. We never merge, move, or restructure anything. Your mailboxes keep receiving and storing mail exactly as they do today — we only get a copy. Turn it off and nothing about your setup has changed.
- How many inboxes can I connect?
- As many as you want. The price is per account, not per inbox: $9.99 a month whether you run three projects or forty.
